Steven Williams
Steven is a second generation plumber with 39 years’ experience within the industry and has work in the residential, commercial and industrial fields.
He joined MMBW and worked and supervised in the construction field on both water and sewer main installations.
He then became a plumbing inspector with the MMBW and quickly attained the position of Senior Plumbing Inspector.
He then moved on to become the senior compliance audit and work place trainer and assessor contracted to the Plumbing Industry Commission where he trained the plumbing compliance auditors in all aspects of plumbing. He also played a major role in the setting up and training of the gas compliance auditors throughout New Zealand for the Plumber, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board as well as investigating and legal proceedings of faulty installations on their behalf.
Along with these accomplishments Steven was the key figure involved in formulating the practices, procedures and supervised the recycled water audits for the Gold Coast City Council with entailed in excess 6000 commissioning audits for the Upper Coomera and Pimpama recycled water Scheme. Steven also formulated the practices and procedures and supervised the sewerage property assessments on projects across Victoria and along the Eastern seaboard of Australia.

Steven has also worked with South East Water as a Trade Waste Officer acquiring an extensive knowledge in the requirements of all aspects of trade waste.
More recently he has worked as a Hydraulic Consultant and Designer with several local and national companies.

Ross Hand
Ross is also a second generation plumber with over 29 years of experience within the Plumbing Industry both locally and nationally.
Ross has worked in many sectors of the market including commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and recreational buildings and has spent many years as a plumbing foreperson on many of Melbourne’s iconic projects.
He then became a compliance audit or contracted to the Plumbing Industry Commission where his duties included auditing all aspects of plumbing and property assessments on a national level. These duties included being an integral figure in over 6000 recycled water commission audits for the Gold Coast City Council for the Upper Coomera and Pimpama recycled water Scheme, Brooklyn/Dungar Island property sewerage assessments for Sydney Water and rainwater tankand backflow assesments and audits for Hunter Water.
Ross has also conducted property assessments and supervised other auditors in the matter of auditing of all types of plumbing installations and assessments. These projects were conducted for the following Water Authorities

Ross has held the position of Manager of the Fire and Hydraulic Services division at an established building services company for approximately 3 years in which he built the division from ground up.
Ross has a solid grounding and a wealth of experience in design, project management and inspection / certification of large multi-disciplinary plumbing projects.
Ross ensured that the inspection phase of all projects both meet the relevant requirements and are commercially viable and inline with all construction programs and time frames.
